So, I did a show today (playlist HERE or on the Playlists page), not many listeners though. I have only myself to blame: no self-promotion and a lack of reliability on my part. I realize I haven’t posted any of the blog items I intended to. Also, I haven’t done a show in a while. I have been pretty busy with school and work and sleeping and whatnot. Sorry. I will be trying to maintain a regular show schedule through the end of the semester. Next semester I think I may cut it to a one hour show however. Anyways, keep on keeping on.

Site Updates and other such things…

As returning visitors may have noticed, I have redone the site. It now has a brand new theme with custom handmade(with a computer, because the future is now!) header. In case you were wondering, yes, that is the Denver skyline. Additionally, there is an updated About page. I also updated the Playlists page: the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 are each 1 file now instead of many and the playlists for this semester (Fall 2009) so far are available.

I think I may actually start using this blog again. I might just do concert announcements/reviews and possibly album reviews. In addition I will try to make at least 1 post per week giving a link to the playlist for that week.

This weeks show should be awesome, I have a few new CDs (Paper Bird- A Sky Underground EP, Houses- Summer EP, Townes Van Zandt) as well as some vinyl (John Prine) to play for you. Plus some other great stuff.

Do you like to DANCE?!?!?!? If so you should go to Rhinoceropolis(3551 Brighton Blvd., Denver) this Tuesday, October 27 for the Dan Deacon show. Its all ages, $5, and BYOB!!!! Its bound to be a ridiculous party. You should go. I am.
